As per the University Grants Commission (UGC), Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) must adhere to the following fee refund policy:
Refund Schedule
- 1. Full Refund (Deduction ≤ ₹1,000 as Processing Fee):
- For cancellations/migrations up to 30th September 2023

2. Refund with Deduction of Processing Fee:
- Up to 31st October 2023, with a maximum deduction of ₹1,000.
Refund Guidelines Beyond 31st October 2023:
For admissions beyond this date, the provisions of the UGC Notification (October 2018) apply:
